Youth Umpire Program
The Ranch Girls Softball welcomes experienced players age 11 and up to begin their journey as an umpire. The goal of our program is to create a fun and encouraging environment for participants to learn and develop as an umpire. As part of the program, an Umpire Workshop is held prior to the start of the Spring season. A mix of youth, high school, adults, and certified umpires are welcome to work games in our 8U division and higher. Umpiring softball is a great way to give back to your community. Eligible participants may earn a stipend for their time.

Scheduling Games
In order to request games, you must book them at Assignr.com. Accounts are provided at the Umpire Workshop prior to the start of the season. To work a game, you must complete the following:
- Request the game at assignr.com or using the mobile app
- The game you requested must be assigned to you by the scheduler
- You must Accept the assignment on the website or using the mobile app
If for any reason you are unable to work the game after you have been assigned and need to cancel and it is less than 2 days before the game, please contact the Director of Umpires as soon as possible.
